The Criterium was from 10:00 to 8:00 pm. It started with the women and ended with cat 1/2 (basically pro riders) and it was exhilarating watching the riders zip around the corners of downtown Tampa hitting speeds in excess of 30 miles an hour. The weather was absolutely gorgeous, you could not ask for a better day! If you have never had an opportunity to watch cycling live this is a really nice event.
Downtown is a great venue for this event with over 70 restaurants open to grab a quick bite to eat or if you are interested in a more fancy meal there are plenty of fine dinning restaurants within walking distance.
