Pull That Pork

I have to say, I have out done myself this time!  I have created the best pulled pork yet compliments of the Bubba Keg (N.K.A.: The Steel Keg).

It was 5lb Boston Butt cooked for 6 1/2 hours at about 250 - 290 degrees.  When I pulled that sucker out of the keg it almost instantly wanted to become pulled pork.  I had to take a sample and man it was tender, juicy and down right mouth watering.
