Casual Ride - No way!

So the ride today was supposed to be a casual 35 miles with no grueling death pulls.  Not so fast...Some how the nice majestic spin ride turned into the usual death march ride.  The head wind coming out of the Northeast was anchor stopping.  It felt like I deployed a parachute except I was not falling to the Earth!

But you know the saying," what does not kill will make you regret your decision".  Actually, I just coined that one and I might say I'm pretty proud of it.  All kidding aside it really was a great ride with Shana and Kevin N. doing some great pulls into the wind.  Made for a very vigorous calorie burning ride.
